The check-in was very quick, the service was helpful, plus EFFICIENT location. A cool staff. Got the same king room booked online, really enjoyed that. Lovely breakfasts with cereal, cheese, breads, fruit and pastries. The free hot drinks in main bar were very welcome.

An affordable hotel in Epernay. Funny staff, lovely bar. Breakfast was perfect, plenty of food, small balcony. I got free upgrade and liked it. The staff did all they can for a nice stay. Top location and trendy area.

I liked it, staff and location were superb. Lovely bed, climate control and terrace, good room. Quick check-in, fast check-out. I had a decent stay at this exceptionally comfortable hotel.

It was an interesting place for our fabulous stay. The staff was fast and we thoroughly enjoyed English breakfast! Very central location, at a medium distance from champagne route. Exceptionally good view, a charming balcony, soft bed, too.

Reception was friendly. The reception staff was doing a nice job. Only 15 minutes walk from Epernay centre. Good restaurant very close to the hotel. In addition, free Wi Fi was useful.

we appreciated the fact that we chose kyriad epernay. magnificent location, helpful staff, really comfortable bed. walking distance to a la fleur de sel, where you can have lunch.

There was no elevator.
